NV Active Return Policy

Returning goods is at the user's cost. We recommend using your domestic postal service with a standard shipping method and obtaining proof of postage, keeping your paperwork until we acknowledge receipt of your package. Ensure you fill out the return form and include it inside your package.

Due to hygiene purposes, Items must be returned within 9 days of receipt, including return transit time to our warehouse. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. We cannot accept items with distinct odors or signs of wear and tear. All returns are assessed based on these criteria, and items failing this assessment will be returned to you.

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please clearly mark the required size on the returns form.

If you consider your items to be faulty, please first contact our customer service at with a brief description and location of the fault, including photographic detail if relevant. It may not always be necessary to return faulty goods, and we will evaluate this on a case-by-case basis. Faulty goods claims must be made within 30 days. Claims beyond 30 days will be considered normal wear and tear and may be denied.

The returns parcel remains your responsibility until received and processed in our warehouse.

Once your package has been received and processed, you will be informed of the action being taken. Exchanges are sent on a standard service and can only be made up to the original value of the goods purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for sale or clearance items. Returns can take up to 10 days to process. We reserve the right to return items based on any terms outlined in our policy, with goods returned to you in the same condition they were received.

While we strive to replace any stock with a like-for-like product, under certain circumstances, your preferred product may not be in stock. In this instance, NV Active reserves the right to issue a refund or credit for the original product value, provided the product meets all other return criteria.

We reserve the right to determine if the returned merchandise is in an acceptable condition to resell.

If you are returning a product, we will refund you the original order price (excluding shipping) within 7-10 business days after receiving the product in acceptable condition. Refunds can only be made to the original source of payment.

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. The Exchange/Return Form must be completed and sent to info@nvactive.com with the Waybill Number and Name of the Courier Company used so that we can track the returned items.

If the price of the new item is greater than the returned item, you will need to pay the remaining balance. If the price of the new item is less than the returned item, we will refund you the difference. The return form must be sent back with the garments.
